Tapi kali ini saya membahas dari sisi yg berbeda. Karena memang sejarusnya bahwa window dressing ini seharusnya tidak saja di lakukan oleh petusahaan yg ada di BURSA , tetapi kita ini yg setiap hari justru listing di mana saja tidak pernah lakukan ini ataupun kallau pernah mungkin sesekali aja.
Namun ada hal yg berbeda terhadap Window Dressing diri ini jika di bandingkan dengan yg dilakukan perusahaan.
Perusahaan pada saat lakukan window dressing biasanya melaporkan hal hal yg buruk pun dengan kondisi baik agar bisa menjual sahamnya di public dengan mudah TETAPI window dressing diri harus di dasarkan pada kejujuran diri dengan tujuan kita akan mengevaluasi diri kita ke arah yang lebih baik.
Window dressing diri bukanlah dibuat untuk di buat sebagai public consumtion tetapi di gunakan sebagai laporan diri kita sendiri terhadap diri kita sendiri untuk perbaikan di masa yang akan datang. Ini penting kenapa ? Karena kita salah tujuan kita window dresing ini maka akan membuat kita justru jatuh tersungkjr di masa depan karena kita tdk jujur pada keadaan diri kita sendiri.
Window dressing diri di buat bukan untuk cari duit seperti yang dilakukan perusahaan yg listing di bursa pada umumnya tetapi window dressing diri di buat untuk belajar jujur pada diri sendiri dan mau menerima kenyataan baik itu baik maupun buruk pada saat asetahun sebelumnya. Jadi tidak harus baiknya saja tapi justru buruknya yang harus kita tandai dengan garis tebal tebal .
Karena kebaikan itu timbul karena kita pernah salah. Dan kita belajar dari kesalahan itu.. Mari kita lakukan pada diri kita masing masing agar kita bisa dapat hasil yang baik pada tahun 2015 dan selanjutnya.
